Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 technological horizon
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, transparency, and compliance
- Develop governance protocols for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Partner with policy teams to shape federal AI regulations
- Train engineers on responsible AI development practices
- Author white papers on AI existential risk mitigation
- Represent company at global AI ethics summits
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 8+ years' experience
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Frameworks
- Proven track record of implementing corporate AI governance systems
- Published research on AI alignment or value learning
- Experience with quantum computing's ethical implications
- Strong background in cross-stakeholder consensus building
- Technical fluency in MLOps and explainable AI tools
