- Create audit trails for autonomous decision-making systems
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI development practices
- Report annually on AI impact metrics to the board of directors
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech leadership
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and global AI regulatory landscapes
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with large-scale AI model auditing frameworks
- Fluency in technical and non-technical stakeholder communication
- Proficiency in Python for bias analysis tools
