Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in AI governance, compliance, or technology ethics leadership
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving global regulations
- Proven track record of scaling ethical AI initiatives in enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of machine learning fairness, explainability, and security
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) preferred
