Responsibilities

- Collaborate with policymakers to shape industry standards for ethical AI adoption
- Design transparency mechanisms for AI decision-making processes in critical sectors
- Train technical teams on ethical AI implementation best practices
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and adapt compliance strategies proactively
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in AI Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethical tech leadership
- Expertise in developing bias mitigation strategies for machine learning systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into actionable policy documents
- Experience with large-scale AI system auditing and impact assessment
- Strong background in interdisciplinary collaboration with technical, legal, and policy teams
