Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with evolving global regulations
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Design risk mitigation strategies for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical protocols in MLOps pipelines
- Represent the company at international AI ethics summits and policy forums
- Train stakeholders on responsible AI deployment and compliance protocols
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, risk management, or responsible AI roles
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global AI regulations
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI frameworks in production environments
- Strong background in statistical bias detection and fairness metrics
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Published work or significant contributions to AI ethics discourse
