Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for next-gen AI systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI models for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Develop corporate policies and training programs for responsible AI deployment
- Represent the company in industry ethics consortiums and regulatory dialogues
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging AI risks and mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior researchers in ethical AI principles and methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership
- Deep expertise in fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with NIST AI RMF and EU AI Act frameworks
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology
- Strong background in quantum computing or autonomous systems
- Certified in AI ethics governance (e.g., CEGAI, AIE)
