Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with emerging international standards
- Lead cross-functional audits of machine learning models for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Develop stakeholder engagement protocols for ethical AI decision-making processes
- Create regulatory compliance strategies for evolving AI governance landscapes
- Champion ethical AI principles through internal training and external thought leadership
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical considerations into AI development lifecycles
- Monitor global AI policy developments and adapt organizational strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI implementation, or tech ethics leadership
- Proven experience developing organizational ethics frameworks for ML/AI systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Published work or speaking engagements on AI ethics topics
- Experience working with cross-cultural teams and international stakeholders
