Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI models for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Design governance protocols for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Create stakeholder education programs on responsible AI adoption
- Advocate for ethical AI standards in industry coalitions and regulatory bodies
- Establish impact assessment protocols for next-gen neural interfaces
- Lead crisis response protocols for AI ethics violations
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years' AI governance experience
- Expertise in developing bias mitigation algorithms and fairness metrics
- Published research on AI ethics in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with international AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proficiency in Python and TensorFlow for algorithmic auditing
- Proven track record of influencing corporate AI policy
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
