You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, policymakers, and social scientists to develop governance protocols that ensure AI systems align with human values. Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional working groups to audit AI systems for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Develop governance protocols for emerging AI applications (quantum-AI hybrids, neuromorphic systems)
- Partner with policy teams to shape industry standards and contribute to global AI ethics dialogues
- Create stakeholder engagement strategies for diverse communities affected by AI deployments
- Lead incident response protocols for ethical breaches in AI systems
- Produce annual AI transparency reports for public and regulatory stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or tech ethics leadership roles
- Expertise in global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.)
- Proven experience developing AI bias mitigation and fairness algorithms
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology trends (quantum computing, AGI precursors)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethics to technical/non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI, FAIR) preferred
