Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for AI systems
- Lead stakeholder engagement with policymakers, researchers, and industry partners
- Create governance protocols for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and compliance
- Mentor cross-functional teams on responsible AI practices
- Represent the company in AI ethics consortiums and working groups
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in machine learning system design
- Experience with bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work on AI ethics or governance (preferred)
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) or equivalent
