Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI models for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Develop corporate policies aligning with emerging AI regulatory landscapes
- Conduct stakeholder workshops with industry partners and regulatory bodies
- Author whitepapers on AI ethics for academic and policy audiences
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI methodologies
- Monitor global AI regulatory developments and adapt strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or policy development
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology
- Experience working with Fortune 500 tech companies on AI ethics
- Strong background in policy analysis and stakeholder engagement
