Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for quantum/neural systems

- Design bias mitigation protocols for generative AI models
- Advocate for ethical AI adoption in regulatory dialogues
- Create transparency protocols for explainable AI systems
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI development practices
- Monitor emerging ethical risks in AI deployment ecosystems
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or AI/Computer Science with ethics focus
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global ethical standards
- Experience auditing quantum/neural interface systems
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Published work on AI ethics or responsible AI frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical domains
