Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for advanced ML models
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI deployment strategies
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in product development lifecycle
- Establish transparent documentation and audit trails for AI decision systems
- Collaborate with legal teams on compliance with evolving AI regulations
- Mentor junior researchers on ethical AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or compliance leadership
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for large-scale ML systems
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
- Strong background in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across technical/non-technical teams
- Proficiency in Python for ethical AI tool development
