Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to align AI practices with evolving 2026 regulations
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for high-stakes AI deployments
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical design principles
- Represent the company in industry forums and regulatory discussions
- Establish transparent AI governance protocols for global operations
- Mentor junior specialists on responsible AI methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership
- Deep expertise in NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and emerging 2026 regulations
- Proven experience auditing autonomous systems and algorithmic fairness
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and non-technical domains
- Published research in AI ethics or policy (strongly preferred)
- Experience scaling ethical AI frameworks in enterprise environments
