Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks and governance policies for 2026 product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, transparency, and accountability
- Establish industry standards for ethical AI deployment in high-stakes environments
- Partner with legal teams to navigate emerging AI regulations and compliance requirements
- Design and implement bias mitigation strategies for large-scale machine learning models
- Create educational programs for stakeholders on responsible AI practices
- Represent the company in global AI ethics forums and policy discussions
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years experience in AI governance, ethics, or regulatory compliance
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global AI regulations
- Proven track record of implementing bias detection tools in ML pipelines
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Published research in AI ethics or technology policy (preferred)
- Experience working with autonomous systems, healthcare AI, or critical infrastructure technologies
