Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory predictions

- Create stakeholder engagement strategies for transparent AI decision-making processes
- Establish continuous monitoring systems for ethical AI performance metrics

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field; PhD preferred
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or regulatory compliance with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global AI regulations
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (IBM Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI frameworks in production environments
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics preferred
