Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging technology impact assessment
- Partner with policy teams to shape regulatory blueprints for quantum computing
- Design human-centered AI interaction protocols for 2030 workplace integration
- Conduct foresight research on biotech-AI convergence scenarios
- Create transparency protocols for explainable AI in critical infrastructure
- Advocate for ethical AI standards at international tech summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Technology with AI specialization
- 5+ years in AI governance or tech ethics leadership
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 AI management systems
- Experience with EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF frameworks
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Track record of advising Fortune 500 on responsible AI adoption
