Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years in AI development with demonstrated ethical integration experience
- Expertise in fairness metrics, adversarial testing, and bias mitigation techniques
- Strong programming skills in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Published work in AI ethics or responsible technology (conference papers or journals)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
