- Establish governance frameworks for AI lifecycle management
- Conduct adversarial testing to identify ethical vulnerabilities
- Author industry standards for responsible AI development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years in AI/ML with demonstrated ethics focus
- Expertise in fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, etc.)
- Strong programming skills (Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible AI
- Certification in AI governance or data ethics (e.g., CEGAI)
