Qualifications

- 5+ years in AI ethics, policy, or governance roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Strong background in regulatory compliance frameworks
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics journals
- Experience advising C-suite executives on AI risks
- Proficiency with MLOps and model monitoring tools
