Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical audit protocols for AI/ML systems using quantum verification tools
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees to assess algorithmic bias and societal impact
- Develop compliance frameworks for ISO 38507 (AI Governance) and upcoming EU AI Act regulations
- Conduct adversarial testing of generative AI models to identify ethical vulnerabilities
- Create transparent explainability dashboards for autonomous decision-making systems
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in C-suite strategy sessions and investor presentations
- Pioneer industry standards through white papers and conference presentations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or Juris Doctor with AI specialization
- 5+ years experience in tech compliance, algorithm auditing, or AI governance
- Certification in ISO 38507 or equivalent AI governance framework
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and bias detection libraries (AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing's implications for AI ethics
- Published research on algorithmic fairness or explainable AI (XAI)
- Experience testifying before regulatory bodies on AI policy matters
- Portfolio demonstrating ethical AI implementations in production systems
