Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for 2026 product launches
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments on machine learning models
- Advise leadership on regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols for AI transparency initiatives
- Lead incident response protocols for ethical breaches
- Design ethical review processes for generative AI deployments
- Report on AI ethics KPIs to executive leadership and boards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance or compliance with regulated industries
- Expertise in NIST AI Risk Management Framework and EU AI Act
- Proven experience developing bias mitigation strategies
- Strong background in responsible AI principles (FAIR, TRANSPARENT)
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance (e.g., CIPM, CDMP)
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible innovation preferred
