Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical risk assessment frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Lead cross-functional ethics reviews of quantum computing and neural network deployments
- Develop real-time bias monitoring tools for large-scale AI decision engines
- Partner with regulatory bodies to shape 2026's AI governance legislation
- Conduct forensic audits of algorithmic decision-making systems
- Create enterprise-wide AI ethics training programs for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Establish transparent explainability protocols for black-box AI models
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Proficiency in Python and TensorFlow for ethical auditing tool development
- Deep understanding of quantum computing's ethical implications
- Experience testifying before congressional technology committees
- Certification in Responsible AI (RAI) or AI Governance (AIG)
