- Develop corporate policies for responsible AI deployment across 15+ countries
- Train engineering teams on ethical AI development practices and risk mitigation
- Partner with legal teams to navigate emerging AI regulatory landscapes
- Represent company at international ethics forums and standards bodies
- Lead incident response protocols for AI ethics violations
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Technology Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias detection methodologies and fairness metrics
- Certification in AI ethics frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000, ACM Code of Ethics)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (US, EU, APAC)
- Experience with stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating contributions to AI ethics initiatives
