Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce AI ethics policies aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes and societal expectations

- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical design principles in AI development lifecycles
- Lead stakeholder engagement with regulators, clients, and civil society on AI governance
- Establish transparent AI documentation and explainability standards
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Create training programs for AI practitioners on responsible innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics with Fortune 500 tech experience
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving global regulations
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for large language models
- Proven ability to translate technical AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with cross-functional AI ethics committees and audit frameworks
- Published research or thought leadership on AI ethics (preferred)
