- Establish real-time monitoring systems for AI system ethical performance metrics
- Lead cross-functional workshops on ethical AI design principles with engineering teams
- Create compliance documentation for regulatory submissions (FDA, FTC, international bodies)
- Advise executive leadership on emerging ethical risks in autonomous systems deployment
- Author white papers on ethical AI practices for industry conferences and publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for large language models and computer vision systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights, NIST frameworks)
- Proven experience developing ethical AI audit protocols and compliance documentation
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google Responsible AI)
- Strong background in privacy-preserving ML techniques (differential privacy, federated learning)
- Exceptional communication skills translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
