Responsibilities
- Design ethical governance frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems and quantum-AI hybrids
- Lead bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Develop human-in-the-loop protocols for high-stakes AI decision systems
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical-by-design principles in 2026 technology roadmaps
- Create transparency dashboards for AI explainability and audit trails
- Advocate for ethical AI standards in industry coalitions and regulatory bodies
- Mentor cross-functional teams on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible AI development
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven experience designing ethical AI systems for high-impact industries
- Strong background in participatory design and stakeholder engagement
- Publications or thought leadership in AI ethics journals/conferences
- Experience with quantum computing and neuro-symbolic AI architectures
