- Partner with legal teams to ensure compliance with evolving AI regulations
- Host workshops on ethical AI principles across global R&D centers
- Contribute to ISO/IEC 38507 standards for AI governance
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics journals (e.g., Nature Machine Intelligence)
- Expertise in fairness metrics, adversarial debiasing, and explainable AI
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global regulatory landscapes
- Experience implementing ethical AI frameworks in production systems
- Strong background in quantum computing ethics or post-quantum cryptography
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts to executive stakeholders
