Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years of AI governance experience
- Proven expertise in developing ethical AI frameworks for regulated industries
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Exceptional ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable business policies
- Strong background in bias detection techniques and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Experience facilitating multi-stakeholder consensus-building on contentious topics
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) or relevant governance frameworks
