Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems deployed in healthcare, finance, and critical infrastructure
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and mitigation strategies for enterprise-scale AI models
- Develop compliance protocols for evolving AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Create transparency documentation for explainable AI systems using SHAP/LIME methodologies
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees to evaluate high-impact AI use cases
- Advocate for responsible AI adoption through stakeholder education and policy development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 3+ years in AI governance
- Expertise in algorithmic bias detection and fairness metrics (AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and responsible AI implementation
- Strong background in ethical theory and applied philosophy
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, IBM) or equivalent practical experience
- Published research in AI ethics or governance preferred
