Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics policies for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Advise product teams on ethical AI design principles and responsible deployment
- Stay ahead of evolving regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional working groups on AI risk mitigation strategies
- Author transparency reports for high-stakes AI applications
- Collaborate with legal teams on compliance with emerging global standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or ethics compliance
- Deep understanding of bias mitigation techniques in ML systems
- Familiarity with global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.)
- Experience with AI risk assessment frameworks (e.g., IBM's AI Ethics Toolkit)
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Published work or certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
