Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, policy development, or ethics oversight
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global ethical frameworks
- Proven experience auditing bias in ML models and LLM systems
- Strong background in regulatory compliance for emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work on AI ethics or technology policy preferred
