Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI systems deployed by 2026
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for machine learning models
- Develop transparent documentation protocols for AI decision-making processes
- Lead cross-functional working groups on responsible AI adoption
- Advocate for ethical AI standards in regulatory and industry conversations
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in AI deployment and adaptation

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or compliance with proven impact
- Expertise in frameworks like EU AI Act, NIST RMF, or IEEE 7000
- Deep understanding of ML model explainability techniques
