Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, policy development, or responsible AI initiatives
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics for machine learning
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical principles into technical requirements
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research in AI ethics or related journals preferred
