Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, or Technology with specialization in AI ethics
- 5+ years developing ethical frameworks for high-impact technologies
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and evolving global regulations
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or AI transparency
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies on tech ethics
- Fluency in AI/ML fundamentals and quantum computing concepts
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethics to diverse audiences
