Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum computing applications
- Conduct impact assessments for emerging technologies (2026-2030 roadmap)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into product development cycles
- Advocate for responsible AI adoption through white papers and industry conferences
- Lead stakeholder workshops on AI governance and future scenario planning
- Monitor global regulatory shifts and update compliance protocols proactively
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, policy development, or technology governance
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles and autonomous systems
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work on AI ethics or future technology impacts
- Ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable engineering requirements
