Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for next-gen AI systems
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Lead cross-functional working groups on algorithmic bias mitigation
- Develop predictive models for socio-ethical impacts of autonomous technologies
- Advocate for responsible innovation in global tech policy forums
- Create audit protocols for ethical compliance in AI deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Technology, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, policy, or emerging technology governance
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Published research on AI alignment or human-machine co-evolution
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Experience testifying before regulatory bodies or standards committees
