You'll work directly with our CTO and product teams to embed ethical guardrails into AI development cycles, conduct foresight analysis on emerging technologies, and represent our commitment to transparent innovation. Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI frameworks aligned with UN Sustainable Goals and EU AI Act standards
- Conduct horizon-scanning analysis for 2026+ technology impacts across healthcare, finance, and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, transparency, and accountability
- Develop stakeholder engagement protocols for diverse communities affected by AI deployments
- Author thought leadership papers on AI governance and responsible innovation
- Advocate for ethical AI standards at industry forums including IEEE and Partnership on AI
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible technology roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and explainable AI (XAI) methodologies
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Experience with foresight methodologies and scenario planning for emerging tech
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement across cultural and socioeconomic boundaries
