Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI ethics or responsible tech governance
- Published work on algorithmic bias or AI policy
- Expertise in quantum computing ethics
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google PAIR)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
