Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or compliance
- Expertise in fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in machine learning and data science
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published research in AI ethics or technology ethics
- Knowledge of global cultural perspectives on AI deployment
