Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML pipelines for autonomous systems by 2026
- Lead development of predictive automation frameworks with 99.9% accuracy
- Architect ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, product, and compliance
- Drive innovation in human-AI collaboration interfaces
- Establish KPIs for AI system performance and continuous improvement
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI/ML development with 3+ years in leadership roles
