- Lead a team of 8+ engineers in developing predictive analytics solutions

Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML development with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems at scale
- Strong background in automation frameworks (Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes)
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and CI/CD for AI applications
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent industry innovation
