Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions driving 40%+ efficiency gains in core business processes
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver automation roadmaps
- Research and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI) into production systems
- Develop predictive analytics frameworks for strategic decision-making across departments
- Establish governance protocols for ethical AI deployment and compliance with evolving regulations
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Mentor talent in next-gen automation methodologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML engineering with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proven track record of deploying enterprise-scale automation projects
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Strong background in MLOps and CI/CD for AI systems
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) preferred
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into executable plans
