Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning architectures capable of operating in the high-computational environments of 2026.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead initiatives in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and autonomous agents.
- Define Technical Roadmaps: Create long-term technical strategies that align with our vision for the future of technology.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Foster a culture of excellence by mentoring junior engineers and conducting rigorous code reviews.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric experiences.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Ensure all systems adhere to the highest standards of fairness, transparency, and safety.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with distributed computing (Kubernetes, Spark) is highly preferred.
- Language Model Expertise: Proven track record of deploying and fine-tuning Large Language Models.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading high-performing engineering teams.
