Responsibilities
- Design and implement the architectural blueprint for our 2026 AI ecosystem, focusing on autonomy and self-healing systems.
- Lead the integration of next-gen Large Language Models (LLMs) with real-time data streams to create predictive autonomous agents.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and ethical compliance across all AI deployments.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies, including edge computing and quantum computing interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex 2026 roadmaps into executable technical strategies.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field with a focus on Deep Learning.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML engineering.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, Transformer models, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience designing systems that handle high-concurrency, low-latency requirements.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing engineering teams.
- Familiarity with ethical AI principles and regulatory compliance frameworks.
