What You Will Do
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Spearhead the strategic vision for artificial intelligence integration, identifying emerging trends like generative AI and autonomous systems to drive product evolution.
- Lead High-Impact R&D: Oversee research initiatives to prototype and validate novel algorithms that solve complex, unstructured business problems.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and secure machine learning infrastructure that can handle enterprise-grade data loads.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of continuous learning, mentoring junior engineers and data scientists while fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a specialized AI/ML architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks; strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies and long-term roadmaps.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse, high-performing engineering teams and driving project success from conception to deployment.
