Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge neural architectures for the 2026 Initiative, focusing on scalability and energy efficiency.
- Lead the research and development of multi-modal AI systems capable of integrating text, vision, and quantum feedback loops.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quantum physicists and data ethicists to ensure robustness and safety in autonomous agents.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize model inference speeds for deployment on next-gen edge devices and quantum processors.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI behaviors to mitigate hallucinations and ensure alignment with human values.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and proficiency in C++ for high-performance computing.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong understanding of quantum algorithms.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in emerging technology landscapes.
