Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems.
- Optimize deep learning pipelines for real-time inference and massive scalability.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal) to translate complex concepts into deployable solutions.
- Conduct rigorous research to stay ahead of industry trends, including Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Neural Architecture Search (NAS).
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Proven track record of deploying high-impact AI models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of probabilistic modeling, natural language processing, and cognitive architectures.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
