Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure tailored for the 2026 Horizon project.
- Lead the architectural strategy for integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into core product systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical AI compliance across all deployed models.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Optimize existing codebases to improve latency and processing speeds for real-time applications.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to propose forward-thinking technological improvements.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and systems architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with deep understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing LLMs and Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Llama).
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and vector databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, future-focused environments.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is preferred.
