Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate emerging technology solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI on innovation initiatives
- Author thought leadership content on future technology impacts and ethical AI deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years focused on AI or emerging technologies
- Proven track record of implementing enterprise-scale AI solutions
- Deep expertise in machine learning, neural networks, and generative AI frameworks
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in AI/future technologies preferred
